Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For made-to-order or custom products, processing times may vary. Please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch on these items. If you would like to know current dispatch times please contact us for an estimate.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will contact you if there are any significant delays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Overnight – 4 business days (depending on courier and location)

  • Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within New Zealand. If you are located outside of this area, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Delays & Issues

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors such as:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

We are not liable for delays once your order has been handed over to the courier, but we will always do our best to help track and resolve any issues.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
